(Sequim) --The Sequim boys outscored Kingston 30-15 in the second half as the Wolves dropped the Buccaneers 49-37 Friday night at Rick Kaps Gym.
Sequim kept its grasp on second place in the boys Olympic League boys basketball standings with a 9-2 record, 11-4 overall.
Kingston fell to 6-10 overall and 6-6 in league play.
A defensive minded first quarter ended with Sequim ahead 7-6.

The Bucs' Colin Veilleux had 6 of his team-high 10 points in the third quarter, most on baskets inside the paint after receiving crisp feeds from the perimeter.
George Johnson hit a 3 to start a Sequim rally, with the Wolves tying the game at 24 and 26.
Anthony Pinza fired in a triple to put the hosts ahead 29-28, then got a layup off a steal moments later as Sequim led 31-28 with 1:58 left in the third frame.
