It was the first Port Angeles win against Sequim in the Rainshadow Rumble since 2007, when Eric Lane led the Riders to a 27-20 victory in Sequim.
The Roughriders took advantage of their size advantage on the offensive line to pile up 283 rushing yards on the night.

Three plays later, Rodocker found Andrus in the left corner of the end zone for a 19-yard scoring play, putting the Roughriders ahead 23-15 after Rodocker scored the 2 point conversion off a fizzled PAT snap.

Center Billy Minks recovered a fumble in the end zone for the 2 point conversion.
Sequim (0-8 overall, 0-6 in Olympic League play) answered 34 seconds later after a big Brett Wright kickoff return put the Wolves in PA territory.
Josiah Anastasi caught a 6-yard scoring pass from Moroles and Ian Dennis caught the 2 point pass, tying the contest at 8.
Anastasi had 2 grabs for 10 yards, while Dennis caught 3 passes for 33 yards.

Sequim tied the game on a 4th-and-13 from the PA 22 as Moroles connected with Dennis on a beautiful rainbow pass at the goal post with 32 seconds before intermission for the tie at 15 apiece.
