(Port Angeles) -- Alex Barry bombed in 4 triples on the way to a 23 point outing as the Sequim High Wolves knocked off the Port Angeles Roughriders 63-55 Friday night.

Barry had 12 tallies in the third quarter, when the visitors increased a 31-26 halftime lead into a 15 point advantage at 49-34.

The Wolves (8-3 overall and 6-1 in Olympic League play) led by as many as 20 halfway through the final quarter, dropping in 6 of 8 free throws down the stretch.

Derek Schumacher led the Riders with 15 points and 3 treys.

Hunter Hathaway scored 11 for PA, while Hayden Gunderson and Steve Lauderback had 10 markers apiece.

Port Angeles (6-5 overall and 4-3 in Olympic League play) led 12-11 after the first frame.

The second quarter featured a series of surges by both squads.

Sequim's 9-0 burst put the Wolves up 20-12 before the Roughriders 9-0 run boosted the hosts ahead 21-20.

The Wolves caromed in front 29-23 on a 9-2 string.

Vance Willis had 11 points for Sequim, including 7 for 10 at the charity stripe.

Rory Kallappa hit for 10 and George Johnson added 8 for the Wolves.

Sequim travels to Bremerton Monday, while the Roughriders host the Port Townsend Redskins.
