(Silverdale) -- Travis Decker scored 4 touchdowns as the Sequim Wolves roared to a 47-0 Nisqually Olympic League victory over the Klahowya Eagles Friday night at Silverdale Stadium.

Klahowya had four turnovers in the opening period -- three on Alex Gillis interceptions of quarterback Nick Duby and a fumble recovery by Jeremie Oliver.

The Eagle miscues put Sequim in field position to score five touchdowns with just 17 scrimmage plays and a 33-0 first quarter advantage.

Sequim quarterback Drew Rickerson completed 9 of 11 passes for 162 yards and 4 touchdowns.

The scoring tosses were a 17-yarder to Decker, a 23-yard strike to Joel Anastasi, a 1-yard flip to Jeremie Oliver and a 14-yarder to Clancy Catelli, the final TD pass just 9 seconds into the second quarter.

The Wolves final TD came on the first play of the second half when Decker traversed the left side of the Eagles' defense for 72 yards and a touchdown.

The 47-0 Sequim lead triggered the new mercy rule with the final 23 minutes and 23 seconds of the contest played with a running clock.

Sequim (2-0, 4-1) hosts Kingston next Friday night, while Klahowya (0-2, 0-5) travels to Fife.
