15-16 Boys Basketball Game 9 - Lynden 62, Sequim 18

Lynden boys rip Sequim 62-18

(Lynden) -- Christian Zamora scored 12 points and Jordan Wittenberg added 10 as the Lynden Lions ripped the Sequim Wolves 62-18 in a non-league boys basketball Monday night.
The mighty Lions, coached by former Sequim mentor Brian Roper, held a 22-0 lead over the Wolves after the first quarter.
Sequim's 18 markers were fewest points scored in a game by a Wolves boys basketball team in the past 40 years.
The Wolves hit only 7 of 41 field goal attempts in the contest.
Payton Glasser had 7 points and 5 rebounds for Sequim, while Jackson Oliver and Nick Faunce added 3 tallies apiece.
Sequim (3-6) resumes Olympic League play January 5th against North Mason.
