Sequim drops North Mason 64-37
(Sequim) -- Gabe Carter scored a career-high 24 points as the Sequim High Wolves beat the North Mason Bulldogs 64-37 Wednesday night at Rick Kaps Gym.
Jayson Brocklesby chipped in 16 as the Wolves led wire-to-wire against the Boys from Belfair.
Sequim (12-4 overall and 9-3 in Olympic League play) scored the first 10 points of the contest before the first Bulldogs hoop and had a 22-9 advantage at the first buzzer.
Carter had 12 markers in the first stanza and 19 at halftime, when Sequim led 41-20.
North Mason (1-15 overall and 1-12 in Olympic League) was topped by the 12 point effort of Anthony Price.
The Wolves will host North Kitsap Friday night.
