(Bremerton) -- Drew Rickerson threw for three touchdown passes and Isaac Yamamoto ran for three more scores as the Sequim High Wolves ripped the Bremerton Knights 48-14 Friday night at Bremerton Memorial Stadium.

Rickerson completed 24 of 36 passes for 327 yards, connecting on a 57-yard scoring strike to

Joey Hall on the Wolves' game-opening possession.

Sequim led 14-0 just three-and-a-half minutes into the contest when Rickerson lobbed a 4-yard play-action TD pass to Josh McElrath.

However, Wolves penalties and the Bremerton pass rush caused Sequim to turn the ball over on downs

on its three remaining drives in the first half.

Bremerton got good field position at the Sequim 36 after a Yamamoto fumble early in the second half.

The Knights went to the bag of tricks as running back Kyle Kennedy hit receiver Dedrick Harris for

a 32-yard gain to the Sequim 1.

Kennedy scored a play later to narrow the Wolves lead to 14-6.

Sequim responded by driving 84 yards in 7 plays, as 2 big Rickerson completions - leaping 25-yard reception by Frank Catelli and a 30-yarder to Tyler Forshaw -- led to the first of Yamamoto's three touchdown runs, a 4-yarder that gave the Wolves breathing room at 21-6 with 5:29 left in the third quarter.

The Sequim defense got 3 interceptions of Bremerton sophomore quarterback Kaden Tomlinson -- by Tyler Forshaw,

Preston McFarlen and Cody Field.

Forshaw had a tremendous fourth quarter, hauling in an 18-yard Rickerson TD pass, then racing 71 yards to

the end zone on a squib kickoff that came after the Knights final touchdown, a 46-yard run by Dedrick Harris.

Sequim's defense held powerful Bremerton running back Kennedy to 30 yards on 17 carries after he

had rushed for 659 yards in Bremerton's first three games.

Sequim (3-1, 2-0) will travel to Belfair Friday night to play North Mason  in a matchup of Olympic League unbeatens.

Quarterback Drew Rickerson threw two touchdown strikes to fellow senior Joey Hall -- including a 17-yarder on the game-opening possession.

Rickerson also scrambled 20-yards for another score as the Wolves raced to a 16-0 advantage just 6 minutes into the contest.

Junior Frank Catelli, who split time between wide receiver and quarterback, ran for two touchdowns and threw a TD pass to junior Nick Ramirez.

Catelli's first TD -- a 16-yard keeper up the middle -- came a play after a Sequim block of a Brady Castellano punt that put the Wolves ahead 22-0.

Isaac Yamamoto rushed 3 times for 52 yards, scoring on a 41-yard romp in the second quarter that boosted the lead to 50-0.

Sophomore Jack Wiker, son of Sequim Coach Erik Wiker, had his first varsity touchdown on a 3-yard run that put Sequim ahead 58-0 with 1:49 left in the first half.

Sequim reserves played most of the second half as the clock ran continuously after intermission courtesy of the mercy rule.

Forks senior quarterback Brian Santman scored the only Spartans touchdown from 11 yards with 5:55 left in the third quarter.
